ates
All rates are per hour or on retainer. They vary and are based on the
type of work performed. Incidental costs such as postage, shipping and
printing by outside services are invoiced separately.
Hourly and Retainer
Hourly rates vary and are dependent upon the type of service performed.
Advanced services such as website services are billed at a higher rate than
administrative support.
Retainers are available to those seeking a discounted rate. Retainer
clients will pay for a specific number of hours per month guaranteeing those
hours be reserved. Retainer plans are for 10, 20, 30 and 40 hours per
month. Retainer clients are required to sign a minimum three month agreement.
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.

ayment
- Payment will be accepted by PayPal (preferred), check, cashiers check or
money order. (A $25 service fee will be charged on all returned checks.)
- Before any work is performed, we require that clients sign a contract
with a description of services and agreed upon payment
- Payment will be required from all clients before any work is performed
- Clients are invoiced on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed upon
- All past due invoices and payments for retainer clients will be assessed
a late fee
